Prime Care Clinics expands with the acquisition of LOOY Clinics

Prime Care Clinics, a portfolio company of Vendis Capital, has acquired LOOY Clinics. With this step, Prime Care Clinics strengthens its position in the fast-growing market for cosmetic treatments and adds a leading clinic in the east of the Netherlands to its network.

LOOY Clinics, based in Deventer, offers high-quality cosmetic treatments, including injectables, skin rejuvenation, and minor surgical procedures such as eyelid corrections. The clinic was founded by young entrepreneurs Joy Waanders and Loes Reinders, and is known for its personal approach, high medical standards, and excellent customer satisfaction. Through the transition to SOAP, LOOY Clinics will have the opportunity to continue its growth and further strengthen its strong position in the eastern region of the Netherlands.

Prime Care Clinics serves as a platform for cosmetic treatments and includes the clinics of SOAP and Fairday Clinics. With locations in ten cities, SOAP offers a wide range of aesthetic treatments, from injectables (Botox and fillers) to skin therapy and minor surgical procedures performed under local anesthesia. Fairday Clinics distinguishes itself by offering high-quality injectables at an affordable price and operates in eleven cities across the Netherlands. Since 2024, these chains have formed the Prime Care Clinics Group, supported by Vendis Capital. The group aims to become a leading player in Europe by acquiring existing successful clinics and opening new locations.
