ZEB
Multi-brand fashion retailer
ZEB is a fashion retailer with a youthful assortment of branded clothing for women and men. With more than 30 brands under a single roof, customers find a varied and attractively priced clothing assortment.
ZEB stores are established in out-of-town locations and have a modern and unique loft style, which makes visiting them enjoyable. ZEB’s service-oriented approach puts the customer right at the centre.
Vendis entered into partnership with founder and CEO Luc Van Mol and as part of the transaction growth capital was provided to finance ZEB’s ambitious growth plan. During the partnership, ZEB expanded its store footprint from 21 to 46 stores, invested significantly in its logistics and IT platform, and became a true cross-channel retailer by complementing its store network with an e-shop.
Vendis Capital invested in ZEB in 2009 and sold the company to the Colruyt Group in 2014.
