Vendis appoints two new Partners

We are delighted to announce the appointment of two new Partners within our company:

• Christian Riisberg is responsible for Vendis Transition, our new small cap fund with strong sustainability focus (equity ticket 5m-20m), and
• Thierry Le Grelle is responsible for Vendis Club Deals, large size transaction (equity ticket> 75m) on a deal by deal basis.

Their appointments reflect our commitment to creating lasting value — by investing in a larger spectrum of consumer companies while driving the sustainable transition.
