Prime Care Clinics strengthens its position in aesthetic clinics with the acquisition of ABC Clinic

Vendis Capital, the European Private Equity fund specialising in the consumer sector, is acquiring ABC Clinic with its portfolio company Prime Care Clinics. ABC Clinic is a leading clinic for aesthetic treatments in the southern part of the Netherlands, offering a wide range of injectables and non-invasive surgical treatments.

Prime Care Clinics is a platform for cosmetic treatments, consisting of SOAP and Fairday Clinics. SOAP, located in nine cities in the Netherlands, offers a wide range of treatments, including skin, beauty, natural injectables and non-invasive surgical procedures. The value-for-money clinics of Fairday Clinics, located in 11 Dutch cities, focus primarily on high-quality injectables treatments at an affordable price. Both chains are leaders in the rapidly growing market for cosmetic treatments and form the Prime Care Clinics group since June 2024. With the support of Vendis Capital, the group’s goal is to become a winning European player. This will be achieved by acquiring existing successful clinics and opening new ones.

The acquisition of ABC Clinic fits within this buy & build strategy and strengthens the group’s position. With this acquisition, Prime Care Clinics adds two new locations in Breda and Middelburg to its existing network, significantly increasing its expertise and capacity for injectables and non-invasive surgery treatments in the southern part of the Netherlands. ABC Clinic was founded in 2010 by Ankie van der Linden and Jorn Kielman and is known for its personal and client-oriented approach, high-quality treatment and excellent aftercare. The team consists of sixteen qualified doctors, including plastic surgeons.
