The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) is a European Union Regulation that requires financial market participants such as Vendis Capital to disclose information with regard to the integration of sustainability risks, the consideration of adverse sustainability impacts, the remuneration in relation to sustainability risks and the promotion of environmental or social characteristics, and sustainable investments.
