Affordable men’s clothing brand
Petrol Industries, based in Tilburg (the Netherlands), develops and markets denim-inspired clothing for men and kids under its well-known Petrol brand. The high product quality offered at competitive prices, appeals to a very large group of consumers across Europe.
Since its foundation in 2005, Petrol has experienced significant growth, driven by its unique brand positioning and excellent international roll-out strategy. The company has successfully built significant presence in several European markets.
Vendis provided growth capital to a management team, led by CEO Elwin Flint, with a strong vision, seeking to further develop a powerful consumer brand and growth internationally.
Vendis Capital invested in Petrol in January 2016.
