Well-Fair joins forces with Meubelzorg

Alkmaar / Nunspeet, 19 february 2024 – Vendis portfolio company Silver Care, the leading direct-to-consumer platform offering solutions for elderly to live longer at home, acquires Well-Fair, the leading Dutch company in senior beds

Silver Care, headquartered in Alkmaar (the Netherlands), is a direct-to-consumer platform offering solutions for elderly to live longer at home. Meubelzorg, since July 2023 the platform investment of Vendis Capital in this market, is the market leader in custom-made rise&rise chairs for elderly in the Benelux.

With the acquisition of Well-Fair, Silver Care adds two new categories to its ‘live-longer-at-home’ platform: senior beds and wellness products. Well-Fair, based in Nunspeet, is the developer of the high-low box spring for elderly. Similar to Meubelzorg, Well-Fair has a consumer centric business model that allows for online orientation followed up by an at-home or showroom appointment where the bed is customized according to individual wishes and needs.
